mm best in a pita .. little lettuce, spinach strips .. perhaps a bit of radish & salsa or guacamole .. // sprinkle of alfalfa sprouts on top .. o baby .. tastey .
by themselves they are dry & unsatisfying like potatoes .. but with complements they crush in the mouth very very well .. offer a nice filling to a pita lunch .. light yet filling .. better than tofu IMO

I'm sorry Maybe she didn't know what she was doing either. I had bad experience with it and I'm afraid of trying it again. If there are DECENT places in toronto that sell this shit and it's edible, then I'll try them out. But... right now... i'd have to be on a date or something to get my ass to try this shit.

I suggest you find an Indian .. if they serve sagaloo .. they will make decent fallafal . .always ask for extra pita .. the bread is what leaves you feeling fed when you leave .. something about mushy spicy food that needs lots of bread to make it palatable to westerners .. IMO
