it happened before that a release got out on p2p before the scene...
i highly doubt though that the crack will work (if it even is there) as its a starfore3 protected game.
Else i dont see a reason to flame the original poster either... 
Perhaps you should grab it and check if its truely working so others could do the same

It's impossible for a "scene release" to hit p2p networks before topsites, therefore any game you see first on BT or K++ will always be a homebrew...
