Ok so I got my win2003 server runing @ home with remote desktop.
Now when I connect to it from work it starts a NEW session, even if I use the same User/pass as I do from home.
So the question is = Is there a way 2 just connect via remote and log into the open session, so I dont have to start all programs up again? Like VNC, but work only has remote desktop... so thats not an option.
Thanks

Start -> Run -> "mstsc /console", then use your UserName and pass.

Yes, you join the session that has ID 0 in task manger, if you do not use console command, everytime you cnnect remotely Windoze creates a new session (even though the user is the same) that has a different ID ( you can see the ID of the session in the Users tab of the task manager).
