i tried install it and i used that lic File since i do not know what is my host, longstory short, it tells me that autodesk found pronlem in my license, and i cant start that damm program!

Its a CAD prog sorta like Catia etc. I prefer Alias Auto Studio as it is more intuitive and easier interface, at least for me.
Sorry man but I never eaven looked at it so I have no clue what your prob is there.
Maybe try to get another release...

You need to install the FlexLM licensing and configure the license server. Then edit the license file so that YOUR_HOST is changed to your actual computer name and save the license file. Then you need to set a Flex environment variable and reboot. There should be a FlexLM program called LMtools that you use for setting up the licensing.
Most of this should be spelled out in either the NFO or the crack directory. If you're not familiar with Flex licensing, you're probably going to be lost for a long time, as it's not the simplest thing in the world to set up without detailed instructions.
