This reminds me of something that could have been a sketch in Outsourced: "During coffee-break the team decides to have some fun with the poor sods that call for help. It's Avnish turn to show the others how to piss somebody off while doing as little as possible to provoke it. This day Avnish won the Holy Donut!".
