I remember a game called "STREET ROD", played it on my 8086 w/ EGA, was a game where you built a car, bought stuff for it in mags, and raced in street-races.

Pretty kewl, and I promise you that it's better than this title Smile

The fact they can get them out so quickly and sheer amount doesnt mean they have more money. It takes a tonne of cash to sink 2 years into a game, just remember that Smile

yep, I remember playing Street Rod and Street Rod 2, where the boss was a corvette I believe and you bought shit outta newspapers..good ol' days man lol

The game is almost crap but hey, i did finish it haha

My l33t Supra shoots out 769hp and does 6.51@199 at the strip
i even got it on a hot rod mag for finishing the game... nice reward wasnt it ?



i guess i was pretty damn bored to get through it...

Just have to correct about Street Rod 2 the boss was called "The King" and was driving a Dodge Charger ... loved those game on Amiga...
