Not much is known atm, except its bundled with Half-Life 2: Episode 2 (omg this pack is becoming huge isnt it?)
And its being done by Valve.
Looking at the video ( http://pc.ign.com/articles/718/718911p1.html ), looks like its going to be very inovative and fun to do with several players
