Two binary versions of the emulator (for 2.0 and 1.5) and sources are included in the zip archive. Also the game does not work with the Tiff exploit for those of you trying to run it on newer firmware (2.0). You will have to use the GTA exploit.

This emulator was created by Zx-81, with a help from Tommydanger on the 2.0 firmware debugging.

I'm looking forward to seeing the improvments on this emulator, Theres not been a good GBA emulator for the PSP, Hopefully this will be great.
