The NFO for Heroes.Of.Might.And.Magic.V.Limited.Edition.Bonus.Discs-UNLEASHED isn't up on NFOrce, but it's been out for quite some time. Anyway, I just downloaded it to discover that Disc 1 (containing HOMM3 and 4) has rebranded versions of the games. Heroes 3 also shows up as being v1.1 (I haven't checked Heroes 4 yet), but I know that's definitely not the latest version. Is there a NoCD that works with this version and can I apply the expansions over it?
HOMM3 has no fancy protection - just a simple DVD check (if DVD is in, single player is allowed, otherwise only multiiplayer). I'd just prefer to be able to play the game without digging around for the disc. I also have a patcher that offers to take the game from v1.0 to v1.4 (thus indicating that 1.1 - what the readme indicates is the game's version - is not the latest), but it fails.
