sometimes winrar can extract .iso files.
Same goes for winiso 5.3
But, you can also mount it with alcohol 120% or daemon tools.

dont install or use alcohol unless you have to. it only complicates things.
iso files, because they arent anything special (no emulation or protection copying), you can mount them with daemon tools, or burn with nero, dvd decrpyter, and burning program really
or you can extract with isobuster and burn just as data (this allows you to add more stuff like current updates and cracks

Or you can burn the Image using UltraISO.
