I have downloaded a game, and i got a 4GB big tar file,
and when i want to extract it, i said its corrupt.
when i open the file in winrar, there is only 1 , 15MB file in there, and the rest is emty
but the file is 4GB

is there a way to fix this file ??

Is it the strange P2P version of Oblivion that was released? If so there is a fix, but it still requires more downloads, so I would just redownload.

find a torrent of the same file and it will be fixed within minutes
torrents are hash based so no longer corrupted downloads
if you're downloading a file from an 0ldsk00l place like ftp or xdcc, don't be a moron and download a single 4G file, cos you know it will be corrupted more often that not
that's why they are split in several packages in the first place

if you DID download it from a hash based system like a torrent or ed2k, then the original is fucked, and most probably a fake
or then your system memory is whacked and can't compute hashes properly
