There is an option to Save the nfo when viewing it, just make sure something like Damn NFO Viewer or Notepad is associated with .nfo files.

Click on a release, you see an image with the nfo, above the image is a link which says "Save nfo", click it.

as i already said in the other thread: why do you think downloading and opening with an external app is better than just displaying it in the browser? i prefered the lazy one click solution over this download to a temp directory where you have to clean up manually and display it with an external app solution.
it's just one additional link like we know it from the old nforce or the current vcdquality. instead of this we now have two links that both generate a png.

If you've got .nfos associatied with a viewer then you shouldn't need to save. Just click open instead....when your done reading click close.
It's only 2 extra clicks. Once for the release, twice for the Save NFO link, then thrice for the Open button.

i can't change that behaviour in opera. don't know if it's a bug or a feature, but the mime-type the server sends leads to a 'open or save' dialog in any case.

It's leads to a Open/Save in most browsers...but if you click open it should pop the NFO into your default viewer (Notepad etc..) just the same as having a new IE window.
