Yeah I once saw a show and journalist asked people what IS corruption, and the answers were like: omg its a ghost or some kind of food. This test is totally worthless.

And nobody knows, you Canadians are well informed on your own country...not.

"..." is called an ellipsis and is only counted as one character. It's considered bad style to overuse them... like so... because they... indicate an omission of words, something implied or an artistic pause. Wikipedia has more.
