I Have made plans to kayak there but they fell thru 2 times now. Mad


As far as the Bears, You can get eaten any time, Prob. closer to civill. then anywhere else. I have never had a prob with bears and they walk right by the tent in the morning. Smile

edit: I know these pictures are meant to be funny but I don't think they are.

kayak? to alaska? from bc? Are you like in Northern BC? I'd think Vancouver to Alaska would be one hell of a long trip...in a kayak, on water, with no bathrooms...Neutral

No.... Razz LOL.... drive there and then kayak LOL That is about a 4-6 week trip I think.

Althou I did meet a Guy from Japan Near Cape Scott (Van Island West Coast) who had kayaked from Jeuno.


It wouldn't be hard to kayak to Alaska if you had the time, just hard food wise and finding spots to tent.
