First off, I only tried this with asr.exe. So if you aren't using that I don't know if it will work or not. Download 3DAnalyze 2.6 here.
Start it up and in the EXE select HitmanBloodMoney.exe and for PRE-RUN EXE select asr.exe. After that, checkmark under Pixel and Vertex Shader: skip pixel shader version 2.0. Then run the game. The problem with this is that the textures and lighting is all messed up. The good thing is that the game runs smoothly and it doesn't crash.
The only reason I'm posting this is because I don't have enough time to play around with all of the settings. So if anybody has found a solution with this program, post away.

But How i Can open with the asr.exe
i try to open with the 3D Analyzer the asr.exe and is work but cent open the HitmanBloodMoney.exe with the asr.exe after i open the asr with ed analyzer
and is not working
