ive tried both securomloader and curerom but i cant get it to work, is there any special way to configure anything to get it to work?
appriciate any help =)

I already posted this in the Game section but did you try this with the LATEST version of CureROM 2.0.1 Release 16 May
I used the older version and it was no go. After runing the 2.0.1 all works like it should, no special settings, just using the default.

yeah tried it, should i use it with DT or alcohol? have tried with DT 4.03HE but cant seem to get it to work, should i use any emulation options in DT?

I use DT 4.03HE with all Emulation options off...it just works here, sory mate running out of ideas. It just dont start or do you get a specific message? Do you have any other image or emulation sofware running in the background?

I used DT 4.03 and Securom Loader 1.2
Works like a charm.
Copy "asr.exe" to main Hitman dir, than make anywhere a shortcut pointing to sth like that

just a suggestion, if you have something like anydvd running, that counts as emulation software too

I have serious problems with securom 7 games. I have tried latest versions of Securom loader and Curerom but without success. Sometimes I get the error about emulation software detected. When I get around that I get a message about that I should use an original copy instead of a backup. I also noticed that I didnt get any mds-file when I unrared it. Could that be the problem? I've deleted all the rar-files so if anyone got the mds file. Please upload it for me?

what about cracks? i know we have a lot of experienced gamers on this board, how long does it usually take for a cloned securom 7 game to get cracked?
Im not asking you to look in yer christal balls, just you know, what your past experiences tell you.

Not that long, but this is an unleashed release... the game aint out yet. I think unleeashed got some insiders.

Hey..Well..I have the same problem..I have now, seriosly, tried EVERYTHING. I think I have installed the game and reinstalled it 10 times with different settings on DT 403.
Ive tried Securom Loader(newest one) and CureRom 201.
Ive uninstalled and installed, tried one of them then the same thing with the other one.
I have read all the posts I could find..done all the things they have said...Why wont it work?
I get a message everytime..its on swedish and it says "En obligatorisk säkerhetsmodul kan inte startas (7000)." Translated it means: An obligatory safetymodule can not start (7000).
Anyone? Please?

I had the same problem with King Kong..Never got it to work :/ I just cant understand why it just wont work on my system when it works on others :/

On the Virtual DVD/CDrom settings in CureRom I cant chose anything else but "I do NOT want to use any Virtual CD/DVD-rom Software (Other software/none)
This must me contributing to it not working :/ Because I saw the screen from the "help with the program" post ive seen you should chose daemon tools there..and I cant pick ANYTHING except what I wrote above..

I am starting to wonder if you guys with the problems simply got a bad version or something. I mean there is alot of versions floating around no? maybe not, but is sure as hell is starting to look that way. It seems to work for alot of ppl but then again for some it dont eaven load...wierdness.

Well, iv managed to get into the game, but it crashes after some sec, not an error just "illegal operation" bullshit. So curerom works for me. The game just crash damn fast...
