i got mine for free
a friend had an xp home cd layin around, he never used it so he gave it to me...the only thing that blows is that everytime i reformat i have to fuckin call MS to activate my copy, ive called about 8 times and i found out after activating it the 8th time that i can just push 2 before i tell the computer my product ID to be forwarded to some german or indian, ive got the indian more then the german
i wish it was a 1 time deal because im not installing this copy of xp on any other PC

now its all automatic, atleast it was for me. recorded tape playing press 1 for blablabla. enter your 400 digit code, here is your 800 digit code to continue insallation.
my windowses always come with a new comp. i had a pirate version for about a year cause i didnt want to call them bastards again

I'd rather have a legit copy of whatever os im using. Atleast if you run into a Windows problem, you can bitch out the MS ppl...the customer is always right and always bitches right? 
Ive yelled at a few MS techs in my day, annoying fuckers

@nouse I was wondering if anybody would pick up on that. hahahah I had to really think about it before I hit the “submit” button.
Ya I think they are commercials are funny- to a certain degree. The biggest lie -Macs get viruses too, just not as many. The ads give people a false sense of security. I don't get the one with the japanese computer. Well I do, sort of I just it's too lame to be that funny.
