Hullo!.
I've come to the hangar where the submarine is located and mr goatee is standing in his office, and after his little speech the game just stops, nothing happens, i shoot the glas and the things and they just stand there, kindda like the elevator glitch in HL2.
Any solutions?

Same as in HL2 as suspected, reload the last save and try again, if the goons move to startup the sub the game moves on.

1) save the game
2)open the console
3)enter the command: AI_norebuildgraph 0
4)now load the game and have fun
