hmm, winiso is fucking it up.
What you can do is, grab a program that can make images. (perhaps nero can do that, i dont have that installed currently.)
Then put these 2 folders in root:
AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS
Save it as an imagefile and mount it with alcohol.

in nero, select a dvd video project - drag those files to the red "VIDEO_TS" folder in the compalation section. select image recorder from the drive list and burn it, should ask you what format you want to save it in (.iso/.nrg/.bin-cue). mount with the virtual drive and play it.

What are you using for playback?
Can try this:
http://www.videolan.org/
Or get PowerDVD or WinDVD, use them or get Media Player Classic (free) which will use the codec from either PowerDVD/WinDVD.
