maybe I didn't eplained myself that good, when I run the game, first there are the presentation videos, but then when the menus appear, they keep on automaticly selecting the upper menu option (without I press any key, mouse, or joystick button) it just keep on a continious loop, auto selecting the upper menu option with a extremly fast speed, I have to CTRL+ALT+DEL to exit the game.
is this a bug or a software conflict? any ideas?

Cant say I know much about this problem, but I've had it a few times when I had my joystick plugged in. So try unplug it and see if it works. Good luck! (:

that's the thing, I've already unplugged my joystick and it's still happening, (do I have to remove the drivers also?)

Do you have your Keyboard and mouse running through a USB hub. I had the same problem, removed the hub and it worked fine after that.
