What do y'all think about this game ?
I think its a pretty good game, I dont think it compares to GTA 3/VC, but still pretty fun to play, and will keep me busy till something new comes out (Doom 3 anyone ?).

no i didn't try it ... i don't think you can with the reloaded version ... maybe with the clone cd one.

lol omg its skyline GTR what i dont understand is why people like him and starter would use their old names, i mean sooner or later we'll do something about the banned people.......
about true crime.... it was ACTUALLY more fun than i thought possible, it was arcade like , kinda hard for me on the console but fun, gfx=shit

I had the clone version and was able to play online.
Now, I take the reloaded crack and replace my exe file, but when I play, I have some strange behaviour in the controls (can't enter a car,...). Anyone experienced problems?

game itself is pretty cool.
i especially love the indoor fighting sequences (like the shower scene, heh)
graphics are average, (but alright for a GTA style game)
too bad about the camera tho, it's so badly designed it'll frustrate the living hell out of you most of the time.

I havent had the chance to play this but since its original PS2 rls Ive been wanting to give it a whirl. Worth the time it will take to "aquire", the thread so far seems to think so?

well it's a cool (but very short) game, if you like gta you'll probably like this.
the only thing that seems to be a unanimous annoyance, is the horrible camera.
while driving or indoor it's ok, but running around on foot on the streets & stuff, it could really drive one insane.

My only complaint so far (other than the camera) is the fact that it won't let me set the right mouse-button to allow me to run forward like it does for car accelerate? Doesn't make sense. I play most of my games that way, and it's easier..
Anyhow, I bought this one, so maybe they'll patch it or something.. btw, it's been a few since I've posted here, but I had to re-register this time. Is this due to the new look? No I didn't read any other threads.

I didn't like it too much, everything felt very sloppy (the guy controls, the fighting, the driving).
It just wasn't polished enough for me, turned me off pretty fast.

I expected TCSOLA to be alot wrose, but it actually pretty good and fun to play, I'd give it 7/10 just because of the shitty controls, everything else is pretty good and actually fun to play.

Controlling the game sucks pretty much. Crappy console port. Its fun if you play it 1h max.

When you reach the last level of the game if you try to take out all those enemies with the first guns its pretty hard. Im not talking about in real life, thanks for telling me the gun name.

games alrite.. just REALLY unpolished.. its to obvious its a console port.. and the AI in the cars is shocking..

The game's pretty good, though the fighting is kinda lame. Better than GTA's but most enemies just block too much. Speaking of which, the last boss is so damn tough. Anybody got any ideas on that guy (Best ending). I could never beat him on XBox either...
Oh and a tin of spam has better graphics, they really coulda done something for the PC port...
