mount it with dt4 use Curerom or Sd4hide and PLAY IT

I have the same problem. The splash screen comes up and then it goes away and thats it... nothing... im at desktop. Will try the game on my ATA HDD afternoon with a new windows.

I mount it with Dtools 3.47 and thats it..works like a charm

When a friend starts the game it goes till the EAGames screen then the game freezes! File broken?

there is a crack at gcw now, get that and most of your problems will be solved. I too have some strange things with this game, im not sure if its my setup or if it needs a patch or what. Im running SLI and i think that its causing the intros to flicker like crazy. Also, tried playing it again today and now my mouse is inverted, which is really wierd even when the setting says its on normal.

well...for me dtools4 works fine...sorry to hear you can't run it:(...but i know that every problem got answer and for example:
i mounted the game and installed it and when i clicked the shortcut - i had 2 secs of the ea and after desktop and what the solution was?
i mounted the wrong file..YOU SHOULD MOUNT THE CCD FILE I THINK AND NOT THE MDF IF I REMEMBER WELL...CHECK WITCH FILE IS MOUNTED AND CHAGE IT TO THE OTHER AND IF YOU CAN'T SEE IT - JUST NEVIGATE DTOOLS TO SHOW ALL FILE TYPES:)

tried that one, but didnt help at all, i mounted both and s till only get to splash screen and then crash, now im all out of ideas to, i tried updating evrything also tried to reinstall it, tried using the no dvd, anyone got any sugestion? i need help so bad =/
edit WOHO found a solution. delete load.vp6 and paramount.vp6 files from the movies directory and the game works like charm.
