My friend just got his PSP but since he didnt get a UMD he wants to know if theres a way to test it with some ISOs. I saw somewhere that there is a loader where you can load GTA w/o any UMD in the drive. Is that true?
You need to use UMDEmu in conjunction with DevHook.
There's a few modified versions going about called DevHook GL that are edited to work with MPH Game Loader.

for a moment there I thought I had posted on the official PSP forum or something and not a warez forum.
most of us actually have at least a couple of original games/dvd's at home. first thing i did with my psp was buy burnout.
I find it pretty weird to buy a console but not a single game for it
that maxconsole link actually worked. Thanks a lot. We got GTA LCS, Megaman HunterX, Ridge Racer, Lumines and MGA working . BTW the reason I wanted this info was the PSP did not come with an UMD. He has bought a Wipeout Pure UMD from ebay($10 and some change) but it will get here only next week and he doesnt want to just stare at the PSP till then
