My email is getting blatantly spammed with these "has replied to thread" messages, how do I disable that function?

go to the link in the mail that leads to the forum and press this text above signature/avatar nuking:

"Watch this topic for replies"

that should do the trick

Is there a way to like block admin@nforce.nl through gmail? The Watch this topic for replies thing would take kind of long.
