Dont use protein shakes still. Why are using them? For weight gaining/muscle building? if so, I'd say go to straight suppliment pills, like amino acid's and shit. Shakes have never done anything for me.
I use amino acids, these big ass horse pill looking things and its pure protein and shit. If your trying to muscle build you gotta use amino's and eat alot of protein and carbs. 6 good size meals a day + suppliments is good method.

It really depends on how much time you've got to prepare and eat meals.

Of course it tastes good. It's fucking LOADED with fat!
That being said, I do like to take a MM shake once in a while. I take ISOPURE and Optimum Nutrition protein shakes. Very low fat and ISOPURE has 0 carbs which I find useful right now.
Don't forget the animal stack! I've cut down on consumption as I'm cutting for summer but I used to take about 300g of protein a day through 'regular' foods and protein supplements. Lots more cardio now, too.
