well ... what about combat performance?

Quote:
The Typhoon's combat performance, particularly compared to the new F-22A Raptor and the upcoming F-35 fighter under development in the United States and the Dassault Rafale developed in France, has been the subject of some speculation. While making a complete assessment is impossible on publicly available information, there is a study by the UK's DERA comparing the Typhoon to other contemporary fighters; in it, the Typhoon was second only to the F-22A in combat performance.

anyways, this is Canada's most modern fighter CF-18A Hornet (based on US F/A 18 )

This is the JA 37 Viggen it was taken out of active duty last fall, it is one of the most powerfull airplanes ever built, and the only one that has eber locked on to the american spyplane blackbird!

LOL the A10 fucking sucks, it's slow and you can hear it coming from a mile off with it's loud ass engines.

Give it up for the mig 21, the greatest fighter pilot ever made. When this baby flew over vietnam for the first time, the American airforce was stunned by it's combat abilities and moneaouvrability. Truly a fine example of top soviet engineering.

But the Mig21 took out a B-52 in NAM. (with a vietnamese pilot). That's respectable.

I don't know why, but I remember the Mig-21 being called a "coffin" somewhere. Can't remember why, was it prone to self-explode, or something?

Yes, yes I'm back.
Somewhat.
