Public server crack out for Lockdown by "THE USUAL SUSPECTS"

Of course, feel free to host a server all you want; people using this .exe
and people with legit copies will be able to play on it just fine. But
again, there is NO NEED for any cracked servers/server executables at all!
(There will be no cracked dedicated server .exe as there's no reason to do
so).
This crack uses DEViANCE's wonderful original crack to get around the SF3,
so remember to give them credit where credit is due. Good job guys.
