Because Criterion Games hasn't made a PC game yet and I don't think they ever will.

well, i played this for two hours or so. Looks really good so far but the gameplay's a bit dull in my opinion, but that's for everyone to decide for oneself. btw i really like the rls-group name. (for you not german speaking people) dosenpfand is something we've got in germany, it's basically a deposit on beer cans and soda cans etc.
