I have this 3.5gb iso file.

it has a /Crack folder.
/crack/install.txt (1 KB)
/crack/keygen.rar (35 KB)

I want to remove the install.txt, and unrar the keygen. The keygen is 88 KB.
I want my /Crack folder to have only one file:
/Crack/keygen.exe (88 KB)


How do I edit the iso image? I've heard of some PPF shit. Does this just take 5 seconds to patch, or does it create a whole new .iso file?
How do you use ppf?

ultraiso
mount iso/cue..open ultraiso
drag/drop files into screen
add NFO,crack etc..
check "VOLUME" name
rename
save ISO/Bin/Cue
