Yay! Finally we've sold our flat to free up some money for the new one.
Only thing i'm really going to miss is the bedroom and the kitchen, i didnt very much like the rest of it! The apartment was drawn by two female architects that didnt now shit about "male" space LOL! And it was featured in a mag and a website that prolly why it got sold now:-)

Money was good, made almost €225k bought it for €565k and sold it for €790k
But i think its going to get harder and harder to make money on this since prices are leveling out!

Fireplace and stairs to beedrom, whenevr i was drunk i crawled upstairs so i would not kill myself!
Kitchen:
Diining area, hallway and parts of the livingroom. You can also see the bedroom + guestroom upstairs!, bedroom only has 3 walls:
Livingroom, none of the funiture is ours, its just some things the agent brought in after we moved out!
The whole apartment is 1313 square feet. it was bought mostly as an investment i didnt like it very much, but it was better then the place i currently live in:-) a really small studio apartment from the 30's thats like 400 square feet. But its just for now, since the gf is currently living and working abroad we have to deside about the new apartment that we have made a downpyment on.

Everything i've got is stuff i have bought for my money, i have made them myself and nobody has given them to me. And before we bougt the 560k condo we had a 300k condo aand before that we had a 150k condo and so on. The cars i usually buy used from germany and sell here wich sometimes makes me 10-20k extra that i can invets in the next car.
Thats how you get rich!

I think your nose might be to close to your mouth, thats why it smells funny!
Its not that big of a deal actually, you start small and buy upwards. There is ofcourse a factor of luck involved but the property market in sweden stockholm has shoot through the roof in resent years since intrests has been low.

I like the bedroom but the planing of the rest of the apartment wasnt that good. For instance the tv had to go under the stairs and so on!

You dont get rich by throwing money away! Of the maybe 40 gamez i downloaded last year there where maybe 10 worth paying for, which i did with some exclusions due to replay value.
