Unfortunately it's not that interesting as the guy is laying the blame at the feet of the publishers not removing Starforce and not instructing people on how to, rather than blaming Starforce directly. Nothing to see here, move along.

even more interesting is the article in pcgamer where they try different copy protections and end saying starforce managed their drive

SF is a pure crap! I bought a game (original) and its still complaining about that I dont have the original CD...f*ck it!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT BUYING ANY SF GAMES EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like ive said before, make games better/more reasonable in terms of pricing and replay value. I have no problem paying say $40, tax included for a game that i can play a bunch of times. But what pisses me off are games like say MGS or Splinter Cell. Sure, you can play them a few times, but really, how many times can the same mission be done? And when they are released, they are released at $69.95(99) Cdn, bout $80 after tax. Yet, if u wait 3 months, they will be down to $40...just because its a new release and anticipated, that gives the dev/pub company the right to gouge its consumers for their hard earned buck? What games have i bought recently? for either pc or xbox 360... NHL 06 NBA o6 Madden 06 NFSMW (even tho i have the back up on disc as well) Star Wars - Empire at War Fight Night Round 3 Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter (even tho it has no replay vaule, i got ripped on that purchase, I'll admit it) and one or 2 others that have slipped my mind.
