Not looking for HD TV just MPEG2. What have ya got and what are your experiances whit them. I have a fast system but no PCI-E.

As far as I know tv tuners/capture cards come as PCI and also just lately as a USB device. I have never known anything to use PCI-E other than a video card. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
