I'm coding a website for a friend that has a store (for reseller purposes only), and I was looking forward for a way to built somekind of auction system in the website, but I lack the technical and legal knowledge on how that could be made.
basicly what I need is to know if there is any legal problem in having an auction in my website and how to put it working in the website
