Im really looking into gettinbg this game but its from Ubisoft and those morons protect their games with SF3 now and i will never buy a game who is protected by SF3. So i want to know if someone know what protection it will have. I remember having a link of upcoming games protected by SF3 but i lost it.

don't be so confident... ubi now uses starforce and ghost recon, as splinter cell 4, rainbow six4 and everything from them will have the protection

Looking at this and your signature dude you really have a pathological issue relating to Starforce.
Don't worry, it's only a few MB of code, won't kill your PC, drivers only start on demand, etc, etc |
One of my friend had SCCT installed (bought it original) then he needed a Dictionary program for a school work, the prog was protected by SF2, so when he tried to start the prog, SF was saying to insert the original disc that was in the drive. SO he had to uninstall SCCT, run SF cleaner, reinstall the Dictionary program and now it was working.
Its just a personal boycott and from what ive seen so far, im not the only one
