i suppose you can use alcohol, set High RPMS, 1x read.

They put some work into making sure it was difficult to make images Smile

You need the right media, drive and settings on your imaging program.

It might also help using the starforce driver removal tool from your system, I hear its designed to alter reading DPM from discs Nick

True. If you have Starforce installed remove it first before you make backup
