since usually DVD SCREENERS have a few words on the bottom or it turns into b&w colors, i'd like to know if it's possible to know what kind of a "disturbance" a certain release have, because sometimes it has no "disturbance" at all.
they used to write it on the NFO files, but now i think nobody does.
if it's not stated in the nfo your best bet would be to check out the vcdquality.com forums. They will more than likely discuss that very topic in any of the screener threads. try it out.
