Wtf is this, I tried searching with SPYBOT S&D and it found only one thing, some download accelerator shit. By the time I saw that image a program called SpySheriff installed itself.

Anyone know what the hell I am gonna do?

I think SpySheriff is the spyware itself.

Yup you have lot's of spyware/trojans on your pc.
Try Ewido security suite.
