if you have this error "failed to create the 3d device"
so do this (solution by yony.z ("PiTROZiLiA" in other sites):
download the program "3danalyze"
start the program
press "select"
and select the file named "oni3.exe"
in the category "hardware limits (cap bits)" select this options:
"emulate pixel shader caps"
and select "emulate HW TnL Caps"
now click "run" to run the game
Signature/Avatar nuking: none (can be changed in your profile)
