Ha what a joke...the guy won't get a cent...man people are so dumb.
One thing might happen is we might know the real amount of problems of the console.
I can tell you I've put my xbox360 through it's paces and not 1 problem...so if its a real glich in the hardware everyone would have had problems. I've had zero. The guy is just trying to scam MS for money. HAHA GoodLuck. MS could get Manson out of prison if they wanted to

if there had been any real rock solid evidence against MJ he would of gone down for a long time, u have to look at the evidence and come to a decision. i feel he was guilty but the real evidence just wasnt there.
As for framerate, the 360 version runs smooth, while the PS3 is a jaggy mess that chugs along in slow motion.

All the guy needs to do is give the xbox 360 some air to breathe and get that power pack off the floor. As consoles get more powerful, they need more air. I hope this guy gets slammed with the court expenses and has his lame case thrown out. Oh no, my computer locked up, I better sue every part maker. lame
