Again the ol' problem of websense blocking proxies again. I need a list of them that also allows flash / java etc. to run i.e. Yahoo pool. I've found a few but at some stage or another it just stops loading I know there are some decent 1s but the college seems to have blocked them. I tried about 20 today and got nowhere

TOR the solution: It's a total anonymous socks server, that connects through a number of servers before it reaches it's destination. You will have to install this client and a proxy-server locally on your computer. The steps to do this is well documented on their homepage. It will also work as a regular socks proxy. There is no limitations to what you can use this for, but I the speeds does vary. The path the packets takes changes every 10 minutes or so, so it's very difficult to block this proxy.
