ok i currently have a 2.0 psp , im not really bothered with downgrading , i bought GTA and upgraded my psp from 1.5 to 2.0.
what i want to know is does the sims require 2.1 or 2.5 to play? as i will be getting this soon ( i won it on ebay )
i dont want to have to upgrade to 2.1 or 2.5 so i hope it only requires 2.0

fuck everything after FW: 2.0...
1.5:
+isoloaders = lots of free games
+homebews
-some games dosnt work, like sims2 and gta...

erm yeah thx for the info that really helped 
i allready know the benefits of 1.5 as i said i had a 1.5 and upgraded it to 2.0
all power to you and all the others with
1.5:

As far as I am aware, no games require higher than 2.0FW at the moment.

Exit, King Kong, and Super Robot Taisen need FW 2.5 afaik.
There was a rumour that these would work with FW 2.0 and a version tricker, but I' m not so sure.
