So I've got a v1.5 PSP and since i hat switching cartridges, I want to backup some of PSP games, but they seem to only work on v2.0
Just wondering what program allows for running of a UMD emulator in 2.0 and what a good 2.0 emulator would be.
(Also, what program allows running of NES ans SNES emulator in 2.0)

You dont require a app to run homebrew on the 2.0 and no you can't run the UMD emulator on a 2.0 system.

currently there aren´t any umd emulators or loaders for version 2.0, only for 1.5 firmware psp.
for snes and nes emulation try:
snes9xTYL

I'm really sorry for the misleading title...I meant to put a "?" at the end of the topic...
if the mod could please change it for me that would be great...
But what would be the point of releasing these games (like LOTR) that can only be played on v2.0 if you cant emulate on v2.0 ?

The idea is hopefully it will eventually be playable. The first games were all released before there was any way of playing them.
Also if more people have access to the non working releases then more people can help to try and get them working. But there are some no tallent groups out there that a releasing non working rips; theses are totaly useless. And any one with WinRAR can rip there own PSP games.

yep.you need someone´s completed savegame for this,and play all the missions except for number 2 and 4.
google for it,it´s not too difficult to find!!
