will the new comming Windows Vista run on a 32bit processor? and if yes, will it be a "huge" difference in perfomance to a 64bit processor? or what really matters is the CPU frequency?

Yes, it will run on a 32bit.
About the performance differences, I don't know.

there is 2 versions i believe..32 and 64bits..
the advantages with the 64bit?..future will tell right...
