Wow...I pronounced it right? Well, i am pretty good with spoken language
Is the dusk till dawn fasting religious? Like, whats the religious signifgance to it? Cuz it does sound like something that would be good for you in numerous way, something I might try. But if I try something, i wanna know history, even tho I may not do it for the same religious goals.

you don't need islam to fast.. its mostly to train yourself to better realize how easy we have it and how a daily life of a starving person is. no food or water till sun down really shows you what they must go through, although alot of people pig out after which is messed up... religious parts come in with no sex, no swearing, no doing anything bad, helping everyone whenever you can and such..
i use to do it when i was younger, i dont do it anymore.

I did the "30 hour famine" a couple of times during school. It was pretty hard ... obviously it's still going on ...
