The problem is: - I cant burn it onto a DVD because the ISO is to large. Did anyone else have this problem? Is there some program I could use to "overburn"? (NERO Doen't seem to do the trick). Or is there a patch that makes the ISO smaler? I don't know... Plz advice!

No, I guess not . DVD9 is dual-layer discs? I'm not very familiar to the whole DVDx thing. sry

I got the DVD5. Burned it on DVD and tried it from HDD, too. After the Intro i get an DIRTY DISC ERROR. Got a PAL Xbox. Tried on NTSC too

Set the xbox to english language.
