im more concerned that lotr:t doesn't work. this game looks like crap, but tactics could be quite fun - oh well, such is life, woe is me etc, etc, give up, go home, sell your psp, buy a 360, we all knew this wouldn't last forever.... if i sell all my iso's with my psp, i might be able to break even for what it all cost me in the first place.

i bought one because i believed it would be the ultimate portable entertainment system...
but then i discovered the games were grossly overpriced, required compulsory updates what would mean i could no longer run many new homebrew apps (thus, limiting the use of the device to only what SONY would ALLOW me to run - on MY psp that i bought at an expensive price - lets face it, the system aint cheap), and that the umd movies would also be overpriced and under-featured...
the psp is a great device - its just a pity that sony is so intent on ruining its usefulness.... id buy more games if they were so damn freakin overpriced here in new zealand (like the equivilant of $70 us?! FUCKING COME ON!)
in short, sony needs to stop this forced upgrade crap, and overpricing games - THEN ill start buying more and downloading less... but thats not gonna happen is it, because sony will always put screwing customers over for money first, before user enjoyment.

Well then you must feel owned since you supported it by buying the system itself.
I have no intent of buying games (GTA is an exception) nor films on that thing.
And what do you really expect? Everyone with a business sense should see that the best way to get profit is to push the customer to buy things to it...
Nintendo Does it, Sega did it, and of course other video game companies...

a: not buying a 360 as i figure it'll be even harder to get free games running on it
b: i think the psp mod chip is bs, so im not exactly counting on it
c: i dont think i got 'owned' by buying the system - i bought just the system via parallel import, which is exactly what sony didn't want me doing plus i figure i got my moneys worth out of the 30 or so games that i 'aquired' that DO work, plus i can convert downloaded movies to play on the system, and use it as an mp3 player, so dont get me wrong, im definately getting my moneys worth out of the system, and the system, 2 games and one movie that i DO own, i did get for a very very good price, so i dont feel ripped off in THAT respect, but in terms of CURRENT games, they cost WAY too much, and adding insult to injury, sony wants me to sacrifice downloaded isos and homebrew apps, just to play bought games? if anything, this is pushing me AWAY from giving sony money, NOT making me want to buy more games...
so yeah, its a pity that sony has decided to overprice its games AND offer NO incentive to buy them, but oh well, as i said, the 30 or so games i do have, will be fine for me, plus a portable music and movie unit thrown in, is still great on its own

yea, but this is getting harder and harder for the hackers, Eg Sony is learning from the Hackers what security holes they missed out and fixing them making it VERY hard to get around, not to forget the Sony Team is Paid Lots of money and its their job, Hackers only get donations and need to find time to work on it..
Given time they might crack it, but by then newer games will be released with higher firmware versions requiring you to update to play them...

no ice-hoes here, only discussions
not that it matters, because socom and lotr dont work, so you dont need the isos yet

this site is only used for finding out what has been released online. think of it as an information guide as to what games, apps, movies, have been released by groups, and are circulating around on the internet... this site wont tell you where to get them, just that they exist, and what their details are (ie, what protection a game might have, how many rar files it is, and so on)
so in summary, this is purely a release information site, not a download site, and not a place to find out where to download stuff from. hope this helps.

Read the rules, then edit your post. Before you get banned. Just a heads up.
Heres a indirect answer. Trust the artisan releases, they are well known. Both not playable right now. If the isos are different; then "Limiteddivx" or who ever they are probably just ripped them. But i dont see why they would rip them if there not playable. The only other answer i can give you is, ?? i dont know. Im sure if the limiteddivx relesese were playable, it would be well known.
