Search around on the page a bit more, there is a sumbit button somewhere i think
the site's layout is kinda bad, but u'll find it.

its a public site and anyone can submit shit right, so they're has to be a button
I think its only user's who submit shit for that site. I dont think they have a team of special ppl doin it ya know? they should...

GCW gets their files from uses. All cracks/fixes/mini-images are uploaded and sometimes made by users. Most of the uploaders/mini-image creators are hanging around in the forums.
I think the reason they do not have a special team to submit cracks is because it could lead to legal problems.
