I have a unused / unopened amd (939 4400+) heatsink + fan..... just wonderin how much I can sell it for.

used? it was brand new. only been out of the AMD sealed box for about 10minutes at most. You're probably seeing 'dust' from a crappy camera. Ima put it on ebay later.
