Sorry, dreamhouse? Even if I ever somehow make tens of millions, I plan on living on a peice of land that is fair, and in a house that accomodates my family well. The stuff inside the house will be another matter, but an extravagent house is just another ecological footprint I don't want.

I design houses for fun all the time its a hobby ..

a few points that make a great house Imo .. kitchen .. most important part of the home .. everything comes away from the kitchen. Next flow .. a home must flow .. to boxy & you get no comfort feels like an office or something .. too many nooks & crannies, halls & stairs & the place feels like a hamster cage .. to crampt

needs to be roomy yet intimate .. views & access are important in my book .. plus sustainable fuel, water, electric makes it a support to you as apposed to a burden ..

I like in floor heating & bar style kitchens personally .. will dig up some plans if you like ..

else give me some idea of your space needs, land limitations .. water supply ect .. & I can offer a more detailed set up .. Wink

How many rooms/people ? Do you want a garden/pool ? Is it water front/dock capable ? Do you want a cellar/attic type thing going on .. regular square rectangle abode or freeform .. do you care what it looks like from outside ? Will you use it as a weekend retreat or your own full time home ?

.. this would not cost to much to make .. Don’t know if you dealing with wet lands .. Holland makes me think of stilted homes .. for some reason .. Or are you thinking of a inner city home ?

The world Islands in Dubai.

Im sorry but does this look as obscene to you as it does to me ??

Duplex (as in two houses in one building) or second space over the garage type deal ? You could have a court between the houses that connects around the pool & workshop/garage space maybe like a horseshoe .
