I was bored, so I decided to set all of the cigarette butts and other paper in my sh tray on fire, figuring it would burn for a couple of seconds and die out. Well, it burned for more like a couple of minutes, and burned fairly well (I still don't know exactly wtf was in there that made it burn so well.) All of a sudden the ash tray pops, sending pieces of burning stuff flying all over my desk and the floor. Thankfully, I had the presence of mind to run to the kitchen and splash a glass of water on the burning bits. There are pieces of burnt carpet on my floor now, and I'm still shaking like hell.
I'm kind of thinking of breaking up with my girlfriend now though... I told her this and she's like "good", then I call her and she doesn't even answer the phone, calls me back and does absolutely nothing to try and calm me down, instead she's watching a movie. I'm starting to feel she's too self-absorbed and unaffectionate to continue a relationship with her...

Hmmm....dude, it wasnt all that big a deal...so i dunno what u mean by calming u down...but still she should have took some sorta interest into listening to you and shit.
Sounds to me like ur looking at ur relationship seriously, and she isnt as much...it has to be equal dude...how long have u been dating her again?
And another tip (learned through a very painful personal experience), dont rely on ur girl to be there for u. Cuz usually, in ur worst times is when they fuck u over the hardest - in my experience...im waiting for the girl who sticks with me through the hard times and shows support and all those things u mentioned above, but without me having to tell her or let her know thats how i feel and thats what i want. Know what im saying dude?
